ABOUT DAVE BAYLEY
DAVE BAYLEY'S first machine.records track, 'Scnya', appears on the machine.music 2 compilation. Dave has two independent electronica releases to his name - Warmer (Waikato, 1999) and Small Electricities (Melbourne, 2002) - and currently resides in Te Awamutu, New Zealand. Dave is also a member of Wellington, NZ band CUE THE SUN, with whom he plays keyboard and samplers.

SMALLFISH RECORDS: 'Second compilation from machine.records and it features a fully loaded track list from artists such as STEREO MINUS ONE, SUPERIMPOZER, ANATOMIST, MATT COOK, ORCOP and many more. Edgy, dense electronics with a harsh edge and the kind of rough beats and programming that Schematic used to be famous for. This is more experimental though, to be fair and although there's a fair amount of melody here and there it's generally all about the beats and noises. Well worth checking out if you haven't heard of them before.'
