We're delighted to give an online release to Electrocratic, a brand new electro gem from ACCESS TONAL COMMUNICATIONS member THE HIDDEN PERSUADER. Previously featured on a number of releases through the collective's own label - not to mention in session on Radio One's Rob da Bank One Music show - THE HIDDEN PERSUADER has been blazing a trail around the UK and this album explains why fans can't get enough.
